Tim is the greatest!
We have used Tim Terlecky in our last three remodels (kitchen, bath, and add-on bedroom and bath) and can honestly say we would not use anyone else. Tim is quick to respond to your initial
contact, comes in with an excellent bid, and once he gets started, ALWAYS SHOWS UP EVERY DAY AND ON TIME until the job is done. No excuses, no other jobs to run to; You are his first priority. Tim's
workmanship is outstanding and he does it right. If you have a particular desire to have something unusual done, Tim will work with you to get it accomplished. He is excellent at problem solving and
for coming up with creative solutions to difficult construction situations. We honestly think that there is no better contractor in the Sacramento area.

We met Tim over twenty years ago when we had two bathrooms remodeled in our old house. We have since continued to retain Tim for our home remodels, repairs and other projects because his workmanship
is as excellent as his work ethic. Tim shows up on time. He also provides detailed updates either by phone or email during the project so that we are kept in the loop. I also trust Tim's
recommendations when it comes to choosing fixtures, appliances, hardware and materials. He has done so many jobs that he knows what works and what doesn't. When it comes to costs, Tim is always

Tim has done two projects for me separated by several years. The reason I contacted him again was the excellent job he did the first time.
First, Tim did a bathroom remodel and then I needed a second bathroom completely re-done as well as installation of new windows, stucco work on my garage, and re-bracing of a large carport.
All the work was well done, and Tim was professional throughout. The best part of having him do the work, is that it always feels like he is a family member, looking out for me while doing the
job.

This was our second project with Tim and we are very happy. He gently steered us away from poor design choices, happily worked with unconventional materials (outdoor tiles in an indoor bathroom), let
a DIY homeowner do some of the demo and build a custom vanity, bailed me out when my DIY "custom" baseboards looked awful, and met a tight timeline. He even enjoyed the nearly constant company of our
dogs. They were sad to see him finish the project and are anxiously waiting for him to start the next one. Great Job. Tim is highly recommended. -
It took us so long to finally decide to do a much needed update. We were introduced to Tim from a friend…wow!! We have an Old Land Park home and Tim was able to redo our plumbing, electrical and
especially recreate our 2 bathrooms, laundry room and guest room from the ground up. He is meticulous, great with new ideas, paint colors and is a special person who will always be our friend. When

I have known Tim since 2005. He has done some really fabulous work for his clients over the years. Big projects or small. Tim recently did a slide in install for me in my kitchen. The counters had to
be cut to allow enough room for installation. You'd never know anything was changed. It looks perfect! Thanks for doing such a great job, Tim! -
